The 7Q Retirement Partners is established and operates as a multi-employer pension fund and any employer from any sector or industry may join as a participating employer by entering into a participation agreement with the 7Q Retirement Partners management committee.

The main goal of the 7Q Retirement Partners is to promote the interests of its participating employers and members, offering a trusted and robust pension savings solution that is founded upon a strong and international legal and governance framework. We believe this is essential to building strong and lasting relationships based on transparency and trust.

The 7Q Retirement Partners is managed by a professional management committee which operates under a set of internal regulations which clearly define the management and administration process. The members of the management committee determine the overall strategy and monitor its implementation, including investment of assets and communication. The management committee sets high standards of compliance with the applicable legal and regulatory framework, both on national and European Union level.

Objectives

Management Committee

  • To promote the interests of those entitled to a pension from the 7Q Retirement Partners by ensuring operation under adequate procedures and controls
  • To appoint key external functions such as asset managers, custodians, auditors and legal advisors
  • To prepare accurate financial statements and annual reports
  • To safeguard the 7Q Retirement Partners assets
